01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the b77 platform available at b77.st, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of the platform regardless of the device or method used to access it.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and b77. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, your only option is to stop using the platform and close your account. Continued use of b77 after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These terms should be read alongside the b77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

02 Eligibility

To use b77, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. b77 does not permit use by anyone under 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (individual human being) — corporate entities cannot register as players.
• You must provide accurate, truthful information when registering. Any account created using false identity information may be closed without notice.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or voluntary ban that you have previously requested.
• You must be using the platform for your own personal entertainment, not on behalf of another person.

03 Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold one account only on b77. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different devices — is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide a valid email address and phone number at registration.
• Your name, date of birth and other personal details must be accurate and match your valid identification documents.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login credentials. b77 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your password secure.
• You must notify b77 support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

Account Verification (KYC)

b77 may request identity verification documents at any stage — during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or during a routine review. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued identification. Proof of payment method may also be requested. Accounts where verification cannot be completed will be restricted from withdrawals until the process is resolved.

04 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on b77 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the deposit process. The amount you deposit in PKR is the amount credited to your b77 balance.

Supported Payment Methods

b77 supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits processed quickly
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits via app or USSD
• Raast — instant bank-to-platform transfers
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — standard interbank transfer
• Debit and Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amounts apply and are shown on the deposit page at the time of transaction.
• All funds deposited must come from a payment method that belongs to and is registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party payments are not permitted.
• b77 reserves the right to request proof that a deposit was made from your own account before processing a withdrawal.
• Deposits are for the purpose of using the b77 platform for entertainment. The platform is not a banking or savings service.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, in line with standard anti-money laundering practice. All withdrawals are paid in PKR to your verified payment account.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed) before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before the portion of your balance covered by bonus funds can be withdrawn — see Section 6 for bonus terms.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per period. Current limits are displayed on the withdrawal page.
• VIP members at Gold tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing.
• b77 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before processing large withdrawals. This may add processing time in some cases.

Withdrawal Timelines

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day for standard tier accounts. Bank transfers may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank. b77 is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or banks after the withdrawal has been dispatched from the platform.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

b77 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to their individual terms as communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to these general bonus rules.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiple is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and can only be used on b77 for the purposes stated in the offer.
• Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per player. Creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times is not permitted and will result in account suspension.
• b77 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus from an account if fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional terms or multi-accounting is detected.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, converted to cash before wagering requirements are met, or used in conjunction with other bonuses unless explicitly stated.
• Free spins offered as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements as bonus cash unless otherwise stated.

07 Sports Betting Rules

b77 offers sports betting across cricket, PSL, football, tennis, basketball, esports and other sports. Bets placed on these markets are subject to the following rules.

Bet Settlement

• All bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body — ICC for international cricket, the PSL Board for PSL matches, and equivalent authorities for other sports.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific market rules for that event type.
• Live in-play bets are settled based on the actual outcome at the time the bet was placed and accepted by the platform. Bets placed after an event has concluded due to technical delays are void.

Odds and Errors

• b77 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a technical error, human error, or data feed failure. In such cases, the stake is returned to the player.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at the time your bet is accepted and confirmed are the odds at which your bet will be settled.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. Current limits are displayed on the relevant sports betting pages.

Restricted Betting Activity

The following types of betting activity are not permitted on b77 and may result in account suspension and voiding of associated bets:

• Use of automated betting software, bots or scripts to place bets
• Arbitrage betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome
• Placing bets with knowledge of information not publicly available at the time of betting
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing or collusion

08 Casino and Slots Rules

The b77 live casino and slots sections are governed by the rules of each individual game as set by the game provider, in addition to these platform-level terms. In any conflict between game-level rules and these terms, these terms take precedence.

Live Casino

• Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios. All game outcomes are determined by the physical actions of the dealer — card shuffling, roulette wheel spins and dice rolls — and are not influenced by b77 software.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino round, the hand or round will be settled according to the state of play at the point of disconnection. b77 is not responsible for losses resulting from your own internet or device failure.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per round are displayed within each live casino game and may vary by table and game type.

Slots and Instant Games

• All slot games on b77 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. Each spin is independent of all previous spins.
• Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the game providers and are available in the help section of each individual game.
• Malfunction voids all pays. If a technical fault occurs during a slot session, the affected round will be voided and the stake returned.

09 Responsible Gaming

b77 is an entertainment platform for adults. We take player wellbeing seriously and provide tools that allow you to manage your gaming activity in a way that stays within your personal limits.

Available Tools

• Deposit Limits — Set a maximum amount you can deposit per day, week or month. Once set, a limit can be lowered immediately but can only be increased after a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders — Set a time reminder to notify you how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion — Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the platform. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit or place bets.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

b77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account where there is evidence of, or reasonable grounds to suspect, any of the following:

• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Use of the platform by a person under 18 years of age
• Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual
• Fraudulent payment activity, including chargebacks and disputed transactions
• Bonus abuse as described in Section 6
• Use of automated tools, scripts or bots
• Any behaviour that b77 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform or to other users
• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions

In cases of confirmed fraud or terms violation, b77 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and, where appropriate, to forfeit funds associated with the violating activity. Where an account is closed for reasons not related to a terms violation, any remaining verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Account Closure by the Player

You may request to close your b77 account at any time by contacting support. Before closing, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed. You will not be able to reopen a self-excluded account during the exclusion period. Standard account closures can be reversed by contacting support if you change your mind.

11 Privacy and Data

b77 collects, stores and processes personal data as described in the b77 Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to this data processing for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and platform improvement.

b77 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services and other essential third-party service providers strictly for the purpose of operating the platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted, b77 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits or opportunity resulting from platform downtime, technical errors or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials
• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses of any kind arising from your use of the platform
• The accuracy of information provided by third-party data feeds used in sports betting markets

b77 takes reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and accuracy of market data but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability. In such events, any affected open bets will be settled fairly based on available information.

13 Changes to These Terms

b77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date shown at the top.

For significant changes, b77 will make reasonable efforts to notify active account holders via email or an in-platform notification. However, it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If you disagree with a change to these terms, you may close your account by contacting support before the change takes effect, and your remaining balance will be returned to you.
